Agreement
Role Persona is operated by LGV Media Group LLC ("Role Persona", "we", "us"). By using the website or taking the Assessment you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Role Persona. The service is designed for people in the United States.
What Role Persona is
Role Persona offers a free, conversation-based Assessment that helps you think through career direction. You describe your experience, what matters to you, and the constraints you are working within; an AI guide interprets that and produces a personalized preview of themes and career directions worth exploring.
The free result is exploratory guidance to help you decide what to investigate next. It is available without payment. The expanded report and continuing support described after the result are part of a proposed product that is not currently available.
Not professional advice, no guarantees
Role Persona is not career counseling, coaching, psychological or psychometric testing, or legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Your result is not a diagnosis, a personality type, a score, or a verdict about what you are suited for.
We make no promise that following the guidance will lead to any job, offer, interview, income, promotion, satisfaction, or other outcome. Career decisions are yours, and you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. Do not use Role Persona to evaluate, select, or make employment decisions about other people.
AI and the limits of the information
The Assessment is conducted by AI, and AI can misread what you mean, fill gaps incorrectly, or present something uncertain with more confidence than it deserves. Where the result includes occupation, labor-market, or similar information, that information comes from public sources and general knowledge; it may be dated, incomplete, national rather than local, or not applicable to your situation. Treat it as a starting point for your own checking, not as a current fact about any specific employer, role, or market.
The proposed product and confirming interest
After the result, Role Persona describes a proposed paid product that would support continued career exploration. That product is not available, and describing it is not an offer to sell it. We are asking whether people would want it.
You may be shown a checkout-style step where you can select a proposed plan and enter an email address and card details. Card details are collected in secure fields hosted by our payment provider, Primer, and do not pass through Role Persona's code or servers.
If you submit that step, Primer attempts to authorize your card for the displayed order total. The payment workflow is configured to cancel the authorization immediately, and Role Persona does not capture the funds. Your card issuer may still show a temporary pending authorization or hold while it processes the release. If a hold does not clear, contact support@rolepersona.com.
A successful authorization records your interest and places your email on the early list so we can send one availability notice if the proposed product opens. It does not create an order, subscription, enrollment, entitlement, payment obligation, or commitment from us to build or release the product. You can ask to leave the early list at any time. Email use and removal requests are described in the Privacy Policy.
Your access to the Assessment
Role Persona does not have accounts. Your Assessment is tied to the browser you use through a cookie, so you can resume or return to your result from that browser. If the cookie expires or is cleared, or you use another browser or device, you will not be able to reach the earlier Assessment, and we cannot recover it for you.
Each browser participant has one Assessment. Once your result is produced it does not change, and there is no retake, edit, or start-over option in the current service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Role Persona lawfully and as intended. In particular, you agree not to:
- submit personal information about other people, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to harm;
- attempt to extract prompts, models, or internal logic, or to probe, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its security;
- access the service through automated means, scrape it, or copy its content for republication;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else;
- use the service or any result to make decisions about another person's employment, or for any screening, selection, or evaluation of others.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the service.
Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you write in the Assessment. You give us permission to store and process it to run the Assessment, produce and keep your result, operate and secure the service, and evaluate how the Assessment and this experiment are working, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Role Persona name, the Solar Tile mark, the website, the Assessment, and the results format are owned by LGV Media Group LLC or its licensors. You may use your own result for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the service itself.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result will be accurate or useful for your purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LGV Media Group LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the service or your reliance on any result, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may update these terms; when we do, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
